Once I started reading the information, I couldn't put it down! I've been through a couple of home purchases and one home sale - both with agents. Even though I respect my agent (he seems to be one of the "good" ones) I just couldn't see paying anyone 6% to sell my house.
After reading your whole book (in one sitting!), I feel very confident (and excited) about selling my home using your strategies.. Your advice is obviously well thought out and is a gold mine as far as I'm concerned. I've found myself wanting to stop by all homes with a FSBO sign and say, "Hey! You need to buy Kevin Wood's Real Estate Secrets and save yourself from the pitfalls you're gonna run into!"
In closing, I would like to say that I went through the required Real Estate classes and passed the State Exam for Virginia, because I love working with people and I love houses. But I never activated my license because as I began to talk to Brokers in the area, their motives became obvious. I never could find a brokerage who seemed to have true concern for the sellers and buyers that they were dealing with.
Thanks again for your wonderful insight. I will certainly recommend your product to all potential FSBO's that I come across.
